Design Shop Manager

Our Design Shop Managers are natural leaders, able to recruit top performers, and train, develop and motivate their teams to achieve success. Our managers are goal and sales driven and enjoy creating an engaging and service-oriented environment for their teams and customers. We seek experienced retail managers, preferably in home furnishings or interior design, who have demonstrated sales and financial acumen and experience in implementing sales strategies to maximize profitability.

Designers

Working both at the store and in the home of the customers, our Designers use their expertise to guide customers in the selection of fabrics, trims, custom window treatments, bedding, and upholstered furniture to create the rooms of their dreams. Our Designers have an innate understanding of color, pattern, and interior design. We seek individuals with an awareness of current trends in interior design and home décor combined with proven sales ability and excellent time management and organizational skills.

Project Coordinator

Our Project Coordinators work with our designers, workrooms, and vendors to coordinate customer interior design projects. We seek detail-oriented individuals to be responsible for administrative duties and to facilitate the smooth flow of custom orders by submitting and reviewing all finished work orders for completeness and accuracy. In addition to processing orders, this position is also responsible for scheduling measurement and installation appointments, processing customers payments and vendor invoices.
