Status of online orders will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Online order status can also be viewed from My Account when you create an account during check out or signed in as a returning account holder. If you choose to check out as a guest, you will not be able to track your order online, but can call Customer Service at 800.213.6366 between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm EST for assistance.
