What to expect from your virtual design appointment:
Step 1: Dream it
- Get started by filling out the form above.
- Tell us about your project and include photos. If you’re decorating an entire room, let us know about any existing pieces you’d like to keep that might dictate décor (such as a rug, artwork, existing furniture).
- Share your style and inspiration. Include things like Pinterest boards or photos from magazines - anything that will give us a sense of your style.
- A designer will call you to review your project (big or small). This is the time to discuss lifestyle and budget so the designer can get to know your personal preferences and suggest the right products and details.
Step 2: Design it
- Your designer will get to work on your project pulling together fabric options, window treatment ideas, and furniture styles.
- Your designer will then contact you to schedule your video call appointment to review fabric options and design ideas. They will also share rendered images of finished product with our C360 visualization tool. They’ll tweak the details until they get it just right. We want you to be completely satisfied and love the end result.
- Once finalized, they’ll send you a custom product quote that includes costs, materials and timeline. If appropriate, our professional installer will come to your home and take window measurements.
Step 3: Done!
- Once your order is confirmed and placed, our certified workrooms will get to work.
- Your designer will coordinate all the details of your project through to completion. Our professional installers will install, steam and dress your window treatments. Custom furniture will be delivered, unpacked and placed where you’d like it. Slipcovers will be fitted to your furniture. You won’t have to lift a finger. You can sit back, relax and love it!
