Assistant Store Manager
Our Assistant Managers partner with the Store Manager to assist with leading and motivating our store teams. They are responsible for enhancing customer service and participating in a wide variety of team operations. The candidates we seek will have a strong background in retail/sales management, home furnishings or fashion and textiles; a demonstrated love of helping others; excellent interpersonal and communications skills; and a desire to learn, grow and achieve.
Our talented In-Home Consultants work with customers who have larger labor project demands or greater design needs. Working both at the store and in the home of customers, our In-Home Consultants use their creative talents to guide customers in the selection of fabrics and custom treatments to help customers create the rooms of their dreams. We seek individuals with strong fabric knowledge, custom labor experience, proven sales ability and excellent time management and organizational skills. After completing our extensive in-house training, our In-Home Consultants have all the resources they need to build a meaningful and rewarding career.
In - Store Design Associate
Our In - Store Design Associates invest part-time and full-time hours helping customers decorate with our beautiful fabrics. We continuously seek enthusiastic, creative, personable people with a flair for decorating and a knack for sales.

Custom Product Coordinator
Our Custom Product Coordinators work with our sales associates and third party workrooms to coordinate customers' specialty orders. We seek detail-oriented individuals to be responsible for the custom labor program and administrative desk. Qualified individuals will have design and fabric knowledge, basic office skills, light bookkeeping knowledge and a pleasant phone manner.
Stock & Inventory Associate
Our store teams need highly motivated individuals to perform the shipping and receiving functions in our fast paced retail decorating stores. Our stock associates are responsible for maintaining the stockroom and store appearance and data entry in our computerized inventory system. They also are called upon to assist the sales associates on the selling floor.
