How do I locate the Calico store closest to me?

There are more than 80 Calico stores nationwide. Visit our Store Locator for stores near you. Choose a state or enter your zip code and click Search. Select from the stores listed and view a map of that location.

What are your store hours?

Most stores are open 10 am to 6 pm Monday through Saturday; some are also open Sundays and evenings. Hours for specific stores can be found under Store Locator.

Do you sell more than fabrics and trims?

In addition to selling over 10,000 designer fabrics and thousands of trims from the finest mills around the world, we sell furniture and make top-quality custom window treatments, bedding, pillows, table coverings and more. Our stores also provide reupholstery and slipcover services.

Do your store consultants make house calls?

We offer free in-home or in-store design consultations. Go to Free Design Service or contact your local store to request an appointment.

How do I obtain a fabric sample?

We recommend ordering swatches to see colors and textures accurately. Small swatches may be ordered from each product page on our web site and small swatches are free (a small shipping charge applies). We let you borrow fabrics if you live near a store. Read about our Fabric Approval Plan.

I am interested in purchasing furniture, but I wish to test it first. Where can I do this?

We offer a selection of furniture frames in all styles, with many finishes and cushion options. Our stores have samples of many styles, and our associates can help you find just the right piece for your purposes. To get started, view our Furniture.

Do you offer designer discounts?

Our Designer Discount Program offers a discount every day to qualified designers on regular-priced fabrics, trims, hardware, furniture, and custom labor services. Designers who purchase more than $10,000 annually earn Designer Rewards. Visit TO THE TRADE for more information and an application.

How do I check my order online?

Status of online orders will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Online order status can also be viewed from My Account when you create an account during check out or signed in as a returning account holder. If you choose to check out as a guest, you will not be able to track your order online, but can call Customer Service at 800.213.6366 between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm EST for assistance. For the status of store orders, please call your local store.
