CALIFORNIA TRANSPARENCY IN SUPPLY CHAINS ACT

Everfast, Inc., doing business as Calico® (the "Company"), sources substantially all its products from US-based resources. All of the Company’s window treatments, furniture and other custom products are manufactured and/or assembled in the United States.

The Company is committed to its published Core Values which includes a commitment to "relationships based on integrity, respect and fairness". The Company expects its associates and suppliers to act in accordance with its Core Values and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The Company does not condone the use of slavery or human trafficking and does not knowingly do business with any supplier who engages in these practices. The Company does not maintain any long-term commitments or contracts with its suppliers and, accordingly is free to take its business elsewhere should a supplier not act in accordance with its expectations.
