Most fabric and swatch orders are processed within 3-5 business days; window treatments ship within two weeks of order confirmation. Orders can be shipped anywhere in the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Items shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico require additional shipping charges; see below for applicable charges. Multiple items on an order may not ship together.
Shipping for Fabric Swatches
Swatches are shipped ground via US Postal Service within 3-5 business days. Small swatches (6”x6”) are FREE; a $5.95 handling charge applies for every four swatches ordered. Large swatches (18”x27”) are $7.00 and up each (we charge the price of ¼ yd. if the retail is over $30 yd.). Shipping is FREE for large swatches. Shipping for Fabric
Yardage is shipped on a roll via UPS ground within 3-5 business days. For faster delivery, we offer 2nd Business Day and Next Business Day shipping options. See below for rush charges, which are in addition to the standard shipping charges. Orders larger than 25 yards may not be continuous yardage. Color representation varies by computer monitor; we recommend ordering a swatch prior to purchase.
Shipping for Window Treatments
Shipping is FREE for all custom window treatments. Orders are shipped within two weeks of order confirmation via Fed Ex. Rush delivery is not available.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
Standard shipping charges noted below plus an additional $25.00 will apply for all fabric yardage shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Standard shipping charges apply for swatches. Additional freight charges apply to furniture orders.

Shipping for Furniture
Shipping is FREE on all custom furniture shipped within the Continental U.S. (delivery to remote areas, or extended storage, may incur charges). All furniture is shipped via our “Peace Of Mind” Delivery Service and should arrive within 8-10 weeks of receipt of fabric at the factory (production time is contingent upon fabric and frame availability). Several days prior to delivery, our carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. with a 4-hour window. Someone must be present to accept the delivery. A two-person delivery team delivers your furniture. It will be unpacked for your inspection and placed in the room of your choice. All packing materials will be removed from your home. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico require additional freight charges.
