How do I obtain a fabric sample? We recommend ordering swatches to see colors and textures accurately. Large & small swatches may be ordered from each product page on our web site, and we let you borrow fabrics if you live near a store. Read about our Fabric Approval Plan.
Do you offer designer discounts? Our Designer Discount Program offers a discount every day to qualified designers on regular-priced fabrics, trims, hardware and furniture, plus a discount on our custom labor services. Go to Designer Program for more information and an application.
Do you sell on-line? We sell a selection of fabrics online. More fabrics and other products are available through our stores or by calling Customer Service at 1.800.213.6366 Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
How do I check my order online? Status of online orders will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Online order status can also be viewed from My Account when you create an account during check out or signed in as a returning account holder. If you choose to check out as a guest, you will not be able to track your order online, but can call Customer Service at 800-213-6366 between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm EST for assistance.
